Property Score is a manual logging and personal-organization tool that runs entirely on your device. The short version: we do not collect your data, we cannot see what you enter, and nothing you log ever leaves your phone.
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and we run no analytics, advertising IDs, or usage tracking. Your property records, unit numbers, availability statuses, tenant profiles, contract metadata, and lease entries live only in the app's local storage on your own device.
Because we never receive your information, we have nothing to use, analyze, profile, or sell. Every feature — adding a property, logging a tenant, marking a lease cycle as paid, or calculating a reference figure — is processed on-device, with no server-side handling and no hidden secondary use.
Your data is stored locally and only locally. Property Score keeps no cloud copy, syncs to no account, and transmits nothing to us or any third party. Your portfolio stays on the hardware you control, exactly where you put it.
The app contains no third-party analytics, no ad networks, no trackers, and no embedded marketing SDKs. It connects to no municipal real-estate databases, payment processors, or external valuation services. With no data shared, there are no outside parties in the loop.
Working fully offline is our strongest safeguard: information that never leaves your device cannot be intercepted in transit or exposed in a remote breach. Your records are protected by your device's own lock screen, passcode, and storage protections, and we keep the app's external surface minimal.
Property Score does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and is built to be COPPA-friendly by collecting nothing from any user at all. With no accounts and no collection, there is no child-specific data to gather, store, or disclose.
You hold complete control over everything you enter. Add, edit, or remove records at any time, and erase every trace by deleting the app from your device. With no cloud backups and no accounts, removing the app removes the data — there is no lingering copy on our side.
We may update this policy to reflect new features or clarifications, and will revise the Effective Date above when we do. Our core commitment will not change: Property Score does not collect, store off-device, or transmit your information.
